AmpliMed Corporation, a clinical-stage cancer pharmaceutical company founded by world-renowned oncologists, has a lead compound, Amplimexon®, in Phase II clinical trials, with early evidence of effectiveness and low levels of toxicity. Disease targets include pancreatic cancer, lung cancer and melanoma. The Company also has three promising drug classes in pre-clinical development, cyanoaziridines, azonafides and benzimate analogues. The Company is focused on the development of small-molecule oncology drugs with novel mechanisms of action.
